The Casino Royale Buffet includes specialty salads, seasonal vegetable, potato or rice, and a carved roast with either one or two chafing dish entreés.
Entreé choices include
Chicken Marsala, Cambria, or Castroville, Blackened or Seared Salmon, Mahi Mahi, Jambalaya, Pasta ,
and several vegetarian options.
A carved Prime Rib Buffet is also available.

HORS D’OEUVRES
A menu of over fifty items is available, including
elaborate displays featuring fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients and a large variety of tasty appetizers suitable for tray passing;
plus international selections, and variety stations.

Vegetarian meals and specialty menus are also available by prior request.

BAR
A full service bar is available. Choose one of our beverage packages or select a variety of custom bar options that include both hosted and cash bar items.
